Any player found to have engaged in any of the above prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance and any pending withdrawals, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities. cv9995 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies in all matters involving fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.

cv9995 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may trigger account action:

• Breach of Terms: Any breach of these Terms & Conditions, including any of the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7, may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure without prior warning.
• Failed verification: Failure to complete KYC identity verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request, or submission of fraudulent documentation, will result in account suspension.
• Suspected fraud: Where cv9995 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity in connection with an account, that account will be suspended pending investigation, and any funds may be withheld pending the outcome.
• Underage gambling: Confirmed breach of the 18+ eligibility requirement will result in immediate permanent closure and forfeiture of all winnings as described in Section 2.

• Dormant accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months are considered dormant. cv9995 may apply a monthly dormancy administrative fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts after the first 12 months of inactivity, provided the account balance is sufficient. Accounts with a zero balance after the dormancy period may be permanently closed.

Upon permanent account closure by cv9995 for cause (i.e., for breach of Terms), any remaining balance is subject to review before release. Where the account closure is the result of fraud or bonus abuse, cv9995 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in full. Where the account closure is at the player's request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion), any genuine real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be refunded to the player's registered payment method following satisfactory identity verification.

Limitation of liability: cv9995 provides its platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults.
